PhD candidateÂ Rachel Harmeyer will be giving the presentationÂ â€śLâ€™Urne MystĂ©rieuse: Hidden French Royal Silhouettes in 1790s Chinese Export Porcelainâ€ť at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston on Saturday, September 22, at 10:05 a.m. The presentation is part of the Rienzi Symposium,Â Hidden in Plain Sight: Meanings and Messages in Ceramics, 1650â€“1950.
On May 9, 2018, The Office of Graduate Studies at Rice University announced the Rice Special Endowed Fellowships for 2018-2019. Among the awarded was Nikki Moore, an PhD candidate in the Department of Art History, who received a 2018-2019 Lodieska Stockbridge Vaughn Fellowship award.
