After receiving her PhD from the Department of Art History in 2018, Olivia Wolf accepted a tenure-track Assistant Professor position at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and, in May 2019, she will be a Visiting Scholar at the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum in Lisbon. Her dissertation, "Migrant Constructions and Mahjar Monuments: Transnational Art and Architecture in Modern Argentina, 1910-1955," was completed under the direction of Fabiola López-Durán, and her research explores issues of immigration and identity in the visual culture and built environment of Latin America as well as art and architecture with Middle Eastern connections.
